Today Peenemünde is a site for international meetings and projects promoting world peace. As part of
its work, the museum arranges seminars, workshops and work camps to address questions on the future
of technology, ecology, politics and ethics. These offers are mainly intended for young people, but are also available to interested adults, scientists and teachers who would like to use the facility as a meeting place
for exchanges of ideas.
School groups are invited to take part in tours and day-long projects for children from Grade 8 and over. Advance notification is required. Offers include the scheduling and planning of the projects on a number of themes. If desired, a member of the museum staff will give an introductory talk. The rooms and necessary equipment and working materials will be provided. For projects lasting several days accommodation is provided at Schullandheim Camp Peenemünde.
